What is the "Grouping Tags"

The Group Tags function in the KingDraw APP helps users to more carefully manage structured files, and can quickly query and locate the corresponding files by filtering labels.

How to manage Group Tags

Go to the main interface of KingDraw and click the “Management” button to enter the label management interface. Here, users can add, modify, and delete group tags.

Add group tags

After entering the “Management” interface, click “create” (no tags available) or “+” button at the top right to enter the Create Tags” interface.

Enter a tag name on the [Create ] interface, click [Add] to enter the Add Group Files interface. After the selection is completed, click the “Confirm” button in the upper right corner to return to the “Create” interface, and click the “Save” button in the upper right corner to complete the new tags operation.

• The addition of group files supports search and multiple selection.

• In the [Create ] interface, the tag name cannot be empty and cannot be duplicated with an existing tags.

• The group file can be empty.

Modify/delete group tags

In the "Management" interface. Click the taps for the content you want to modify and go to Edit Tags.

Click the "Add" button to enter the "Add Group Files" interface, you can add a group file.

Click the "Delete" button to change the group file to a deleting state. After deleting the group file, click the "Finish" button to save the delete operation.

After the modification is completed, click the “Save” button in the upper right corner of “Edit ” to complete the tag modification.

• In the New Tag interface, the tag name cannot be empty and cannot be duplicated with an existing tag.

• The group file can be empty.

How to query a file by grouping tags

Go to the KingDraw main interface, drop down the list page or click on “Group Tag” and the “+” button will appear. Click "+" to enter the "Add Filter Tags" interface.

In the "More Tags", select the eligible tags into the "Selected Tags". Click the "Done" button and the selected grouped file will be displayed in the list interface.

In the "Add Filter Tags" interface, click the label in "More Tags", you can put the tag into the "Selected Tags", click the tag in "Selected Tags", you can put the tag back to "More Tags" in. The KingDraw App allows multiple tags to be selected at the same time, and the system takes the union of multiple tags as a filter.

In the "Search Results" screen, click the tag in the grouping tags to clear the filter criteria for that tag. Click the "+" button to continue adding filter criteria. Click the "Clear" button and the filter will be cleared.
